Marketing Manager- Spanish Speaker

About the Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The role involves managing marketing campaigns, overseeing content and digital initiatives, and analyzing performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns aligned with company goals.
· Manage brand positioning, messaging, and communication across all channels.
· Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid campaigns.
· Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports on KPIs and ROI.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
· Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.

Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· 3–5+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
