• Manage all food and beverage operations and ensuring high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Build a high-performance team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel, to deliver quality products and exceptional guest experience.
• Create and maintain menus that reflect culinary trends and seasonality, meet guest preferences and drive sales.
• Oversee inventory management, sourcing and stock control to minimize waste, streamline costs, optimise quality and maximize profitability.
• Prepare operational and performance reports and work closely with management to drive overall business efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly, professionally, and decisively.
• Enforce an overall culture of excellence, professionalism and compliance.
• Support management in general operations/administration and perform other professional duties as assigned by hierarchy.
